Do all games have the same console commands?

Typically most console command games are offered in all games but mostly they are most famous in shooter or RPG games. The reason is because these games tend to have items, weapons, apparel, or certain things that you need to unlock. For example if you play a game like doom 3 the console commands only offer to spawn in items, monsters, unlock levels, add ammo, add weapons, and become invulnerable to damage. In another game like fallout you can spawn in typically any item in game like weapons, monsters, objects like tires, fridges, chests, lockers, a certain character in game, almost anything that has an item id can be spawned in with the console commands. It all depends on what the game offers which affects what console commands are offered in the game. Some games only may offer three console commands, it is possible to use console commands online if you have your own server that allows console commands or if there is a server available that has console commands unlocked and usable by everyone in the game. Also most games have their own console commands and might not be the same command if used in other games. You could even spawn in a power armor suit in fallout 4 if you know the id number of the power armor suit you want..
