Are console commands hard to use?

In order to use console commands you have to know how to activate the console commands through the game you are playing. For example in some games you could just press the ~ key on your keyboard others need to be activated through the games saved files. After the console commands are activated you can use these commands to get unlimited ammo, be invincible in the game, and add items to your character. An example of a console command in Fallout New Vegas is (player.additem 000000f 100000) which adds 100,000 credits of money to your characters balance in the game. Other console commands can be simple like typing in (tgm) which gives you immunity to all damage, infinite ammo, and unlimited carry capacity.
